Cancellation & Refund Policy
We ensure you get the orders in perfect conditions and quality in the delivery.
If you receive a product as broken or in bad shape or the packaging is damaged, we will refund the money or resent the products again based on your choice.
If you received the product exceeding the time stated while ordering the product, we will send you another package of product or refund the money.
If you want to return a product as it is damaged or comes as an unsealed package while delivery, send us a mail with the reason for the refund and in case we request a photocopy of the product within a day. Once we got the essential details, we make a statement with you and start the refund process.
Acknowledgment about the shipment of the product will send to you.
Cancellation of order is acceptable within 12 hours from the time you ordered products and before shipping. Customized delivery of products will not come under this condition.
In terms of order cancellation and refund, the credited amount to your account will be refunded. Kindly, give us a week to make it to your account.
